Ruby 694 nm
Q-Switched Ruby · 694 nmThe 694 nm wavelength targets the hardest colours to remove: green, blue and turquoise. It also helps with eyebrows that turned green after permanent makeup.

The beam passes through the upper skin and targets the pigment deeper down, while sparing the skin around it.

Q-Plus Evo
Q-Switched · 1064 nm · 532 nmA nanosecond Q-Switched laser. 1064 nm for black and dark blue, 532 nm for red and warm shades. OptiBeam handpieces with a square spot spread the energy evenly across the skin.
A Quanta System handpiece that attaches to the Q-Plus. It splits the energy into tiny points and helps with scars, burns after earlier removal attempts and stubborn tattoos. An optional paid add-on of your choice.*

Both remove tattoos. The choice depends on the ink colour and density, your skin and previous treatments, not on the device name.
Each colour absorbs a different wavelength. Black, red, green and permanent makeup need different wavelengths.
It is uncomfortable but manageable. Zimmer cooling helps a lot, and numbing cream can be discussed in advance.
